For account holders, the income report will be available on bankline via the following route:

Directly through the website www.itau.com.br, in the menu Current Account > Income Tax Declaration > Shareholder Income Report.
Uniclass: directly through the website www.itau.com.br, in the magnifying glass enter IR – enter access token, select the year.
Non-account holders, on the Digital Correspondence Portal, at the link www.correspondenciasdigitais.com.br.

First Access:

If you have never accessed the platform, see below how to access it for the first time:

Go to www.correspondenciasdigitais.com.br and click on “first access”;
Enter your CPF and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Entity);
Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you cannot find your phone number and email, call 0800 720 5299 (Customer Service Center available exclusively during the Income Statement reporting period) or the Investor Service Center at 3003 9285 (capitals and metropolitan regions) / 0800 720 9285 (other locations, on business days) from 9 am to 6 pm;
Enter the code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password;
Done! Now just enter your CPF/CNPJ and new registered password to access your documents. The Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – “2025” folder.

Forgot my password:

If you have forgotten your password, follow the route below:

Click on “forgot password”;
Enter your CPF and date of birth (individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (legal entity);
Enter the text from the security image and click “next”;
Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email);
Enter the token code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password;
Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters;
When finished, you will be directed to the initial access screen.

Banco BTG Pactual

The Income Reports for the year 2024 are now available to investors through the Investor Portal.

Shareholders who do not yet have access to the Investor Portal can register using the “First access?” field, available on the Portal’s home screen, following the step-by-step instructions described in this manual.

BTG clients can also access their income reports through their app directly through their account(s).
